The frontals in this range are manufactured using our innovative one-piece technology. This is a method we have developed to machine each door from a single piece of 22mm thick moisture resistant board. Stiles, rails and panels are routered into each board creating the identical sharp profiles as those of a solid wood door but without any joints. As there are no joints compared to solid wood doors, paint cracking is non-existent. All door backs are precision recessed for stability whilst giving the authentic look of a solid wood. This range has 4 door designs and is available primed for hand painting or fully painted with a durable matt finish in any colour you require.
